Privacy, in plain English.

The short version

This website doesn't use tracking cookies, doesn't follow you across sites, and doesn't sell or share anything about you. Messages you send through the contact form are used only to reply to you.

What this website collects

When you send the contact form, your name, company, email and message are emailed to me through Resend, an email delivery service. To keep out spam, the form is checked on Cloudflare's servers: Cloudflare Turnstile confirms you're a person (without cookies for advertising), and an AI model running on Cloudflare reads the message to filter out sales pitches and junk. Your message isn't used to train any AI model.

A copy of each message, and of each blocked message, is kept on Cloudflare for 90 days so nothing gets lost, then deleted automatically. Your IP address is only stored in scrambled (hashed) form, to stop the same sender posting again and again.

To see how many people visit and from which countries, the site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookie-free, doesn't identify you, and only counts visits in total.

When you contact me

If you email or message me on WhatsApp, I see what you send: usually your name, email or phone number, company and your message. I use it only to reply to you and to discuss your project.

I don't add you to mailing lists, and I don't pass your details to anyone.

Client project data

For client work, data access, confidentiality and deletion are agreed in writing before the project starts, and I'm happy to sign your NDA.

Where possible I use read-only access, data stays in your own systems, and access is removed when the project ends. Customer data isn't pasted into public AI chat tools.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email me and I'll handle it within 30 days.
