What clients usually ask first.
You're in Pakistan. How do time zones work?
I worked on US Eastern hours for years with a US team, so overlapping with US mornings is normal for me. The UK working day overlaps fully with mine. Most work runs by email and shared documents, with a short call each week.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, usually much faster. During a project you get a progress update every week, and you can reach me by email or WhatsApp.
How does payment work?
Every project has a written scope and one fixed price. Larger projects are split into 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Payment is by international transfer; the details are in the proposal.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes. I'm happy to sign your NDA before we start. Where possible I use read-only access, your data stays in your own systems, and nothing is shared with anyone else. Access is removed when the project ends.
Do you put our data into AI tools?
AI tools help me write and check code faster. Your customer data isn't pasted into public AI chat tools. If a project uses AI on your data, we agree on the tool and its settings with you first.
Which systems do you work with?
Magento / Adobe Commerce, Microsoft Dynamics, MySQL, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Google BigQuery, Excel and Google Sheets, Power BI and Tableau, Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager, and most systems with an API. On another platform? Ask, and I'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
Do I have to change my software?
No. I work with the systems you already have and connect them. If something should change, I'll explain why and what it costs before anything happens.
What happens after the free 20-minute check?
If I can help, you get a short written plan with a fixed price. If I can't, I'll tell you, and if I know someone better suited, I'll point you to them. No pressure either way.
